The applicant must be a 501(c) (3) corporation. Grants are not given to individuals. Grant requests must be consistent with the mission of the Dallas Bar Foundation. All questions on the grant application must be answered completely.

a brief cover letter from the applicant
one pdf file of the grant application
list of Board Officers and Board Trustees
most recent financial statement and operating budget
documentation of organization’s 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status
